Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 2pm on day of arrival. Admission is only permitted after registering at reception, on arrival please park in the designated parking area and phone the number provided.
Guests are to check-out by 11am on day of departure.
Late arrivals must notify the campsite as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Age restrictions
We are a family friendly site, however all under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. At-least one member of your group must be over 18.
Changes to your holiday
Bookings cannot be amended after 10 days prior to arrival. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact a member of staff, this will however be subject to availability.
Pets
We do not allow dogs/pets, due to surrounding fields which may contain livestock.
Noise
As to not disturb other guests radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Facilities
The facilities are cleaned regularly. If a problem is noticed with any of the site facilities please notify a member of staff.
There are 2 seperate showers provided on-site which are unisex.
Please use the bins provided, separating general waste from recycling.
Please take care not to leave any personal possessions in the toilets/showers/washing up areas.
Fires
Open fires are prohibited.
No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
All barbecues, fire pits, stoves etc must be safely positioned, raised off the ground & attended by an adult when in use.
Vehicles
We allow bicycles and motorcycles on the pitches, however care must be taken not to cause damage to the surface of the camping field.
We recommend that you bring a pucks for the stands on motorcycles if you intend to park them on the pitch.
All other vehicles should be parked in the designated parking area.
Vehicles are parked at the owners risk.
Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site without express permission.
General
Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch as parts of the site are unlit (there is low light pollution in the area which makes it great for stargazing on clear nights).
No smoking is allowed in public areas.
No stag/hen parties.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £30.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
Bookings for camping must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management\’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
You must not leave broken tents on the site.
